Header Plugs, also known as Shoulder Plugs, are an essential component of air-cooled heat exchangers or fin fan air coolers. These Heat Exchangers are widely used in various industries, including Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Power Generation.

Header Plugs are designed to seal the plug-type header boxes in air-cooled heat exchangers. They are located opposite each tube and are used to inspect and clean individual tubes. During normal maintenance, spare plugs and gaskets may be required to replace the original ones or to plug leaking tubes.
